78Mardelle "Loy" Lum, 87, of Kaneohe died in Kailua. She was born in Ewa. She is survived by husband Benjamin Sr.; sons Samuel and Benjamin Jr.; brothers Carl "Pat" and Amori "Bucky"; sisters Betty Lou "Kanani" Chan, Charlene "Lot" Reavis, Damiana "Leo" Ho and Wanette "Wanda" Ogata; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
