David James Foulks, 72, of Kapolei, a retiree and an Army veteran, died on Oahu. He was born in Fullerton, Calif. He is survived by wife Janie D., sons James C. Foulks and Patrick A. Marksbury, daughters Sharon L. Makini and Tame J. Ramirez, sister Mary S. Felix, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. Donations suggested to Hospice Hawaii at 860 Iwilei Road, Honolulu, HI 96817; and the American Cancer Society.
