81Louis James "Red" DeRego Jr., 73, of Honokaa, Hawaii, died. He was born in Paahau, Hawaii. He is survived by son Dason; daughters Shaurin Gonsalves, Tammie Birch and Kelsie DeRego; sister Wendy l. Pomeroy; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. July 30 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Honokaa. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire.
