James Benjamin Respicio, also known as Jim, Jimmy, Jack and Uncle "D," of Makakilo, 79, a retired state Department of Agriculture employee and retired Army Reserve and National Guard colonel, died in San Diego. He was born in Ewa. He is survived by daughters Jaclyn Wills, Jade Curtis and Jeana Kaio; brothers Artemio, Cornelio and Bruno; sister Catherine Cabudol; fiancee Novelita B. Domdom; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. July 30 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
