MANUEL MEL N. MIRAFUENTES Age 83, of Waipahu, HI, passed away May 31, 2016 in Ewa Beach, HI. Born June 17, 1932 in Koloa, Kauai, HI. A U.S. Army retiree who served in the Vietnam and the Korean war. He also retired from Hawaiian Tug & Barge. He is survived by wife, Juliana "Judy" Mirafuentes; sons, Calvin Mirafuentes and Debbie Murata, Craig (Shalerry) Mirafuentes; daughters, Melba (Donn) Peiler, Myrna Perry, Audel Mirafuentes and Casper Balasi; brother, Dominador "Domi" Mirafuentes 16 grandchildren; 21 great- grandchildren. Visitation 10:00 a.m., Saturday (July 30) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. No flowers please.
