75Carole Yoshiko Fukuda, 78, Waipahu, a retired Honolulu Fire Department clerk, died at home. She was born in Puunene, Maui. She is survived by husband Juro; daughters Denise S. Yamada, Crystal H. Dumlao and Francine M. Kodama; brother Masayuki Nohara; sisters Joyce Kong, Jeanne Takahashi and Lucille Araki; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Aug. 12 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
