Gary L. Nantkes, 81, of Honolulu, an Air Force veteran and the manager of Shriners Beach Club, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Columbus, Neb. He is survived by wife Janice and daughter Jayne. Visitation: 10 a.m. Aug. 13 at the Scottish Rite Cathedral, 1611 Kewalo St. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. Donations suggested to the Scottish Rite for Children and/or Shriners Hospital for Children, Transportation Fund.
