Alfred George Bladen, 94, of Kailua-Kona, a Lawrence Radiation Laboratory engineer and a Marine Corps veteran who served in World War II, died in Life Care Center of Kona. He was born in Chicago. He is survived by son William, sister June and a grandchild. Burial at noon Aug. 17 at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery, Kailua-Kona. Casual attire.
