75Kevin Van, also known as "Kha Van," 57, of Honolulu died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Hue, Vietnam. He is survived by wife Lan Thi, three sons, a daughter, two brothers, three sisters and four grandchildren. Visitation: 1 to 5 p.m. Aug. 16 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 5 p.m. Mass: 10 a.m. Aug. 18 at Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa. Burial: 1 p.m. at Valley of the Temples.
