Raymond L. Russell Jr., 96, of Honolulu, a retired Pan American World Airways pilot and a Navy pilot who served in World War II, died in Honolulu. He was born in Brooklyn. He is survived by son Raymond L. III, daughter Wondie and two grandchildren. Graveside services: 1 p.m. Aug. 17 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
