75Helen Jean Nobriga, 77, of Hilo, an retired Big Island Substance Abuse Council administrative assistant, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in Des Moines, Idaho. She is survived by sons Michael and Brian Shivvers, and Gordon Nobriga Jr.; daughters Robin White, Jackie Boese, Michelle Arakawa and Noelani Wilson; hanai son Kevin Urubio; hanai daughters Nahoku Gaspang and Roxi Kamelamela; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
