73Fred Makoto Okuhara, 84, of Kailua, a retired Nobu Okuhara mason, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Roy T. and Paul H., daughter Judy C. Burgess, brother Raymond, sister Janet, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Aug. 27 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
