81Soei Oshiro, 83, of Hanamaulu, Kauai, a retired Lihue Plantation truck driver, died at home. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by sons Davis and Roy, daughters Barbara Itamura and Cindy Mindoro, brother Gene, sisters Fumiye Meadors and Marian Ikehara, 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Sept. 10 at Immaculate Conception Church in Kapaia, Kauai. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire.
