Dale A. Overbey, 85, of Honolulu, a retired civil service manager and an Air Force veteran, died at home. He was born in Oklahoma. He is survived by wife Moriko D., son Allan, daughter Sharon McKinney, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Services at a later date. Donations suggested to St. Francis Hospice.
