74Shane Michael "Killa" Botelho, 49, of Honolulu, a bike builder and owner of Independent Carpet and Tiles, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Ellen, sons Shane K. and Lambert, daughters Jolene Caetano and Heather Braden, mother Yvonne M., brother Ricardo Samson, sisters Helena Samson and Yvette Hamalian, and 20 grandchildren.
