77Arturo C. Capili, also known as "Arthur" and "Art," 58, of Waipahu died in Aiea. He was born in Manila. He is survived by wife Dolly F.; son Randy; daughter Sharon Kelly; brothers Orlino, Conrado and Danilo; sisters Susan Capili, Ludy C., Teresita Mindo and Mila Natera; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Sept. 2 at Mililani Downtown Chapel, 20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Sept. 3 at Mililani Downtown Chapel.
