81Cipriana Escobar Ben, 94, of Waipahu, a retired state janitor for the University of Hawaii at Manoa, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by daughter Antonina Jimenez, three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Sept. 9 at Our Lady of Good Counsel.
