William Allen "Bill" Bortfeld, 83, of Waialua, a retired Air Force master sergeant, died in Waialua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons John and William A. Jr.; daughters Donna Keliinoi, Deena Miller, Cindy Low and Shirley Simao; 15 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Committal services: 11 a.m. Sept. 9 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kane-ohe. Casual attire. No flowers. Condolences: hawaiianmemorial parkmortuary.com.
