Douglas Clark Thomas, 68, of Mililani, a retired Army major and Kaimuki Junior ROTC instructor, died. He was born in Canada. He is survived by wife Yong Cha, sons Kermit C. and Douglas L., and sister Dianne Schertzer. Visitation: 6 p.m. Sept. 16 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m.
