71Erma Anita O'Toole, 72, of Kaneohe, a former genealogist for the City and County of Honolulu, died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Leonard "Cowboy," sons James Freitas and Sampson O'Toole, daughter Tammy O'Toole, brothers Joaquin "Jack" and Philbert "Phil" Freitas, sisters Theresa Shaw and Doreen Sumiski, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
