73Eusebio Dela Cruz Santiago, 80, of Ewa Beach, a landscaper, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Apolonia; sons Marlon and Ronald; daughters Felicidad Ganal, Luzviminda Balicao, Mary Lo Basug, Rowena Pudiquet and Lanie Albano; sister Clarina Abrigado; 28 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
