75Erma Anita O'Toole, 72, of Kaneohe, a retired clerk for the City and County of Honolulu, died in Honolulu. She was born in Paia, Maui. She is survived by husband Leonard "Cowboy," sons James Freitas and Sampson O'Toole, daughter Tammy, brothers Joaquin "Jack" and Philbert "Phil" Freitas, sisters Theresa Shaw and Doreen Sumiski, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
