Donald Glen Laa Jr., 44, of Keaau, Hawaii, an Aloha Petroleum fuel truck driver and a Pop Warner Football coach for the Puna Panthers, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Claudine L. "Dini"; sons Elson K.L. and Iokepa M.; daughters Charity K. and Kelsi N.; parents Donald Sr. and Carole; brothers Richard Camacho and Randall Oreta; sisters Sheldyn K. "Dolly," Renee Olivera and Roxanne Llanes; and hanai sister Kathleen "Tita" Lono. Visitation: 9 a.m. Sept. 24 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Orchidland Chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Alae Cemetery. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
