77Willa Rosa Wiese, 83, of Hilo, a retired executive secretary, former Hilo Hospital Auxilary president and former VFW Post No. 9749 Ladies Auxiliary treasurer, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in West Virginia. She is survived by daughter Lloydetta Pakani, brother Harry Marshall, sisters Shirley Nicholson and Elizabeth Wilson, two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
