73Marcela Amotoy Basug, 83, of Wahiawa died in Wahiawa. She was born in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by daughters Ceferina Domingo, Angelita Basug and Adela Boyer; brother Virgilio Amotoy; and sisters Sitang Basug, Pacita Juan, Teresa Demdem and Lolita Yate. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Sept. 24 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
