81Leatrice Itsuko Tanna, 90, of Honolulu, a retired Tripler Army Medical Center secretary, died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband George, son Dean, daughter Susan Masaki, sister Judith Furukawa, two grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation at noon Sept. 25 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary.
