71Robert Richard "Tag" Taggart, 64, of Hilo, a carpenter, condo manager in the Hilo area and senior pastor at East Hawaii Center for Spiritual Living, died in Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama Facility. He was born in Glassboro, N.J. He is survived by partner Janet Hotchkiss, former wife Angelica J. and brother Paul. Services: 11:30 a.m. Sept. 25 at East Hawaii Center for Spiritual Living, 15-1570 Makuu Drive, Keaau, Hawaii.
