72William Alan Joyce Jr., also known as "Billy" and "Jay-R," 55, of Ocean View, Hawaii, an inventor and artist, died at home. He was born in Tacoma, Wash. He is survived by mother Patty Barry and sisters Tandi Kowalski, Nicole Wagstaff-Gasmen, Kelsey Joyce and Megan Blue. Celebration of life: 5 p.m. Sept. 24 at his mother's residence, 92-8484 Maile Drive, Ranchos Subdivision, Ocean View. Additional celebration of life: 10 a.m Nov. 28 at Sandy Beach on Oahu.
