76Tranquilino Ulita "Kia" Fronda Jr., 71, of Waipio Valley, Hawaii, a chef, food connoisseur, farmer, artist and flower arrangement specialist, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by brother Ernest and sisters Emily Fronda-Choy Foo, Maria Simeona, Eileen Jurado, Pualani Muraki and Maile Baird. Visitation: 8 a.m. Oct. 2 at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo.
