GEORGE BONES C. BAILEY George "Bones" C. Bailey, 79, of Honolulu, died on September 13, 2016 in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu and raised in Kahana Valley. He was retired from Hawaiian Electric and he was a U.S. Army Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Ipolani S. Bailey; daughters Lana (John) Kanaha and Monrae Bailey; brothers Isaac, Raleigh and Lodrigo Bailey; sisters Evelyn Brown, Yvonne Tani, Lorraine Saffery, Linda Baldonado and Sunday Parkin; granddaughter Pohai Ornellas; and great grandchildren Aiden and Riley Kanoa. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Hawaii Kai Ward, 219 Lunalilo Home Road, Honolulu, HI 96825. Visitation 9:30 AM. Service to begin at 10:30 AM. Lunch to follow. Inurnment will be held at a later date. No flowers, please.
