73Barbara Gregory Worthington, 81, of Anahola, Kauai, a customer service employee at various companies including Hawaiian Telephone Co., died in Garden Isle Health Care. She was born in Richmond, Va. She is survived by sons Michael and E. Douglas, daughters Shelly Brown and Vicki Stone, brother Thomas Robins, eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Inurnment to be held at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
