74Richard Weil, 84, of Waialua, a Waialua Elementary School board member and retired lawyer, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Buffalo, N.Y. He is survived by wife Shuanglin L., sons David Weil and Fen Wang, and two grandchildren. Private services.
