Toshiko "Sandy" Suzuki 90, of Kailua, died on Sept. 9, 2016 in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Lahaina, Maui. Retired Secretary for the State of Hawaii. She is survived by son Leigh; daughter, Dayna Culbertson; one grandchild; brother Shigeyoshi Nakamura; sisters Haruno Nagata, Rene Kubo, Toyoko Kitamura, Nobuko Hew. Visitation 11 a.m. to 12noon Saturday Oct. 15, 2016 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary; Memorial service 12noon; Casual attire.
