A retired sales representative from Miles/Bayers Companies and a member of various golf clubs. He is survived by wife, Henrietta Kanayama; son, Scott (Lisa) Kanayama; daughter, Lynne (Milton Jr.) Gainey; sisters, Kazue Unebasami, Michiko Okahara, Karie Wakida, Ruth (Walter) Tanaka; sisters-in-law, Setsuko Kanayama, Florence Kanayama; grandsons, Scott Kanayama Jr., Lee Kanayama, Milton Gainey III; nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Private services held.
