MARY MEW HEE LUM CHING Mrs. Mary Mew Hee Lum Ching, 96, of Honolulu, retired Registered Dietician at Kapiolani Medical Center and a retired Assistant Professor in Food and Nutritional Sciences at University of Hawaii at Manoa, passed away in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. Survived by daughter, Lisa Ching (Greg) Kimura; son-in-law, Jon Miyashiro; grandchildren, Brent Miyashiro and Kacy Miyashiro Rapal. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. Tuesday October 18, 2016 at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary, East Chapel.
