James Dias Souza 73, of Honokaa, died September 10, 2016 at the Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu. He was born in Honokaa on December 28, 1942 and was retired from the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. He is survived by son Michael Souza; daughter Julie Vazquez-Souza; brothers Adrian Souza, Clifford Souza; sisters, Bernie Souza, Marie Ho; 3 grandchildren. Memorial service will be held on October 22, 216 at Kahilu Town Hall in Waimea (Kamuela), Hawaii, 2:00 p.m. Casual attire.
