Born May 23, 1943 in San Ildefonso, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, he was a retired policeman for Philippine Government and a guest information clerk for the Waikiki Business Plaza. He is survived by wife, Jovita N. Somera and family. Visitation 6:00 p.m., Monday (Nov. 7) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel. Wake service 6:30 p.m. Visitation also 8:30 a.m., Tuesday (Nov. 8) at St. Elizabeth Church (99-312 Moanalua Rd., Aiea). Mass 9:30 a.m. Burial to follow 11:00 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
