He is survived by sons, Patrick, Jr. (Christine) and Duke; daughters, Patricia and Latricia; grandsons, Patrick, III and Paden; brothers, Alfred Rosa, Jr., Rueben Chip, Frank Telles and Vincent Telles; sisters, Katherine Stevens, Mercy Stevens and Jackie Cantere.
