Nana Bien, age 89, passed away on October 18, 2016 at Queen's Medical Center West Oahu. She was born in Vintar, Illocos Norte, Philippines. She worked at Fashions Inc. and Baba Kea as a seamstress. She retired from Queen's Medical Center's housekeeping department. She is predeceased by husband, Florendo Juan, Sr. and daughter Vicky Juan-Followell. She is survived by daughter Gloria Juan of Kailua-Kona, sons Florendo (Fuji) Jr. (Gail), Richard (Val Benally), Ben (Clara Sasahara), sister Melendrina Manuel of Colorado, grandchildren Danielle Followell, Christopher Kapono Juan-Followell, Noah Juan, Amber Grado, Jake Juan, Kaila Juan, and 12 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, 830 Main St, Honolulu on Saturday, December 3, 2016. Visitation from 9-10:30 AM, mass to follow. Burial at Valley of the Temples at 1PM. In lieu of floral offerings, contributions to Seagull Adult Care Center- Kapolei are appreciated. Celebration of Life to follow at DAV Hall, Ke'ehi Lagoon at 2:30 PM.
