Born in Vintar Ilocos Norte, Philippines, he is survived by his wife Erlinda Ballesteros Tagudan; children Wilda Tagudan-Shigeta, Willa Tagudan-Shimomura; siblings Marcelino Agustin Tagudan, Behilda Tagudan Salvador, Amparo Agustin Ansagay, Carlos Agustin; and 6 grandchildren. Services will be held December 8, 2016 at Borthwick Mortuary Maunakea Chapel. Visitation 4:30PM; Service 5:30PM. Burial December 9, 2016 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 1PM.
