Age 92, of Mililani, HI, passed away on November 4, 2016 in Mililani. Born February 14, 1924 in Santo Domingo, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. Retired mail carrier, Honolulu Post Office and also as a custodian for Kipapa Elementary School. He is survived by wife, Qiaoli Zhang Ragil; son, Anthony Ragil; daughter, Cheyenne (Douglas) Dela Fontaine; 10 grandchildren; sister, Freda Pacleb. Visitation 10:00 a.m. Monday (Dec. 5) at the Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; program 11:30 a.m. Burial to follow 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
