Passed away at home in Nanakuli, HI on October 25, 2016 at the age of 72. He was born on July 16, 1944 at Queen's Hospital in Honolulu. He is survived by his wife Heather, children Daniel, Damien (Mary Ellen), David (Jennifer) and Danielle Medeiros. Granddaughter Deandra Medeiros-Gusman Huffman (Michael), Grandsons Damien Jr, Dustin (God Rest His Soul), and Devin. Sister Phyllis Perreira and Brother-In-Law Seth Kaikainahaole, many cousins, nephews, nieces, grand and great nephews and nieces. Memorial Services December 10, 2016 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary in Kaneohe, visitation begins at 10:30 a.m., services at 11:30 a.m. and burial at 2:00 p.m.
