82, of Honolulu, passed away on November 18, 2016. He was born in Honolulu. He was a retired Airport Quarantine Inspector for the Department of Agriculture for 30 years. He was also an Army veteran. He is predeceased by siblings, Stanward Hirata, George Hirata & Jane Yamamoto. He is survived by his brother, Edwin Hirata, 7 nieces & nephews, 8 grand nieces and grand nephews and caregivers, Nelson & Charlyne Menor. Private services were held.
