Kai Allen Duvall, 32, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on November 22, 2016. Born on December 27, 1983 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Papa Fern and Mama Renate, Kai was raised on Maui, where he cultivated a deep appreciation for the mountains, forests and oceans of his beloved home. A 2005 graduate of the University of Hawai'i, Kai was a man of many talents. His energy was bright and intense; his spirit was positive and endlessly radiant. Kai is survived by his wife, Kristen Kawabata, sister Anna Duvall, parents Fern and Mary and two kitties, Sashi and Beni. Services will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Makapu'u Beach Park, 10:00am.
