Age 93, of Aiea, HI, passed away Dec. 13, 2016 in Kailua. He was born Jan. 16, 1923 in Waipahu, HI. He was a retired union mason. He is survived by sons, Benneth (Thelma) Kurashima, Eugene Kurashima; daughter, Doreen (Alvin) Orita; sisters, Betsy Zakahi, Rachel Kurashima; 4 grandchildren and 2 great- grandchildren. Visitation 10:30 a.m., Wednesday (Jan. 18) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel. Memorial service 11:30 a.m. Inurnment 1:00 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual Attire.
