Manuel Wela Rosa, age 81, of Pentwater, and formerly of Indian, Alaska, passed away in Anchorage, Alaska, November 22, 2016. Wela was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on September 7, 1935. Wela will be laid to rest during a ceremony at Diamond Head Memorial Park at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 25, 2017. A Celebration of Life gathering will follow at 12:00 noon at the LDS Chapel, 4847 Kilauea Ave, Honolulu, HI 96816.
