93, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away on December 29, 2016. He was born in Shanghai, China. Allen was a retired Bartender at Hilton Hawaiian Village. He is survived by wife Helen LL Choy, sons, Wilkin (Carolyn) Choy, Wyman Choy, Wilcox (Crystal) Choy, Wesley (Debbie) Choy, Wilbert (Lena) Choy; nine grandchildren, one great granddaughter. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017, at Borthwick Mortuary, Makai Chapel.
