Francisca Guerrero "Cita" Aranda, 90, of Honolulu, passed away January 3, 2017 at her home. Born Oct. 10, 1926 in Koloa, Kauai, Cita was a homemaker. She is survived by ten children, Flordelis, Bernardo, Leticia Rivera, Erlinda Galiza, Adela Agustin, Alejandra Foronda, Nena Calpito, Mariano "Mario", Helen Manzano, Emma Boc; hanai daughter, Azucena Asuncion; sister, Estefania Velasco; 17 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren. Passed away at home in Cerritos, California, on January 5, 2017, at the age of 70. She is survived by her husband Peter Kahele. Three children, Sydney and Brian Sanchez, Alex and Maybelyn Kahele, Two grandchildren, Kapua and Kai Kahele. A graduate of Kaimuki High School in 1964, she attended San Francisco State College, majoring in the financial field and remained there throughout her career. Retired on December 31, 2015, as Chief Financial Officer. Her dedication and reputation in the Garment Industry was well known and considered by many as second to none. She was a tough but fair negotiator, excellent manager, a mentor, friend, was loved and at times, a Mom. Funeral services, February 23, 2017, Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary "Makai," at 10:00 AM, Reception to follow at 12:30 PM. Aloha attire, flowers welcome. Wayne Taylor Terry81 of Orem, Utah, suddenly passed away February 6, 2017, in Orem, Utah. He'd been retired and was currently serving as a crossing guard for an elementary school in Orem. During his Monday shift he collapsed and was unable to be revived. An autopsy revealed "Aortic Stenosis." Wayne was buried in the Payson City Cemetery on February 11, 2017. He and his wife, Joyce, served two LDS Missions in Hawaii and one in the Church History Dept in Salt Lake City, Utah. Condolences may be offered to the family online at www.walkersanderson.com.
