Age 89, of Honolulu passed away on February 20, 2017. He was born in Santa Ilocos Sur, Philippines and was a dishwasher at Hilton Hawaiian Village. He is survived by his wife Elena; children Rogelio, Amante, Fredelito and Elma Billena Bello; many grandchildren and great-grand- children; sister, Rosita Billena Pascua. Visitation at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 3, 2017 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary, service at 6 p.m. and graveside service on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
