Age 83, passed away on February 27, 2017. Frederick F. Freitas retired from the City and County of Honolulu Refuge Division. He is survived by his daughters Eldean Santos and Sharon Botelho, his son Brian Freitas, 15 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Services will be held on Thursday, March 30th at Resurrection of the Lord. Visitation 9 am; mass 11 am; refreshments during visitation and after service.
